Our product range of turning and lifting devices has developed over several years and reflects the usual industrial requirements However, due to our global commitment, we are constantly coming across special cases with different requirements.<\/p>\n
For example, it can happen that relatively powerful rotary drives have to be combined with relatively “small” lifting columns. This may be due to the fact that the distance of the centre of gravity in relation to the axis of rotation changes significantly during machining – for example due to the off-centre welding of heavy components – or if different workpieces are to be machined on the same rotary lifting unit and it is not possible to clamp them in such a way that the series torque is sufficient.<\/p>\n

Another good example of customised solutions are systems\/devices for turning complete wagons for overhaul. A cross beam is lifted between 2 lifting columns. The rotary drive allows the complete wagon to be rotated and thus emptied or ergonomically processed.<\/p>\n
