This can be done by cable or by radio connection, i.e. wirelessly. In this case, there are no trip hazards, no cables have to be laid across the tracks and one is much more flexible, since the lifting jack system with up to 28 lifting jacks or partial units of them can be used flexibly on different tracks.

Wireless Master/Slave Units

Basically, a master/slave combination is a system with 2 control panels. One for each side of the track. This has the advantage that the system can be started up synchronously from both sides of the track and you do not have to go to the other side. If the necessary connection between the two consoles is made by radio, no cables need to be laid above or below the track.

The master/slave control panel system is usually chosen for larger units, as it is possible to split them thanks to the two control panels. For example, a 16 jack system can be divided into two systems with 8 jacks each and used independently of each other.

Double spindle lifting jacks

If the body pick-up point is in the area of the bogie, double spindle jacks are the ideal solution to separate the bogie from the car body. In this special solution, the spindles incl. nut system and carriage are arranged behind or next to each other and are supported by the same column unit.

Battery powered jacks

For a special project in Russia, Autolift developed battery-powered 8ton jacks. These are used in an area without power supply, so it was easier for the customer to fit the jacks with batteries instead of wiring the area. Only the batteries are moved to another area for recharging. Since the jacks communicate with each other via radio remote control, the system requires no cables at all.

Through this project, Autolift had taken the opportunity to gain experience and build up know-how, which will certainly be of increased use in the future with the rapid development of battery capacities.

Adjusting the lifting arm under load

For the replacement of bogies, we recommend the option "Adjustment of the load support plate under load". This is used - either manually or motorized, depending on the version - to move the complete car body transversely to the track axis by means of small spindles in the load support and to compensate for any misalignment.

["post-242061","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
